UECCC intends to engage a consultant to assess the impacts of acquiring Productive Uses of Energy (PUE) technologies by beneficiaries (enterprises and households) of the Results Based Financing Scheme through ESCOs and Credit Support Facility through PFIs. The assignment also seeks to assess the impacts on PFIs on-lending, ESCOs business sustainability, the surrounding communities, unintended beneficiaries and overall market development.
